 Bufori is a Malaysian company that produces hand-built cars meant to echo classic car designs of yore—think of it as Asia’s answer to British purveyor Morgan. Their current flagship is the La Joya
(Spanish for “the jewel”), seen above. Carbon-fiber body panels layer classy retro looks over modern kit like a 2.7-liter V-6 with sequential gearbox, voice-activated navigation, and even a host of airbags.

 Now the company is launching the CS, pictured above, a sports car with more modern looks. The low-slung two-seater coupe has LED taillights and wraps body panels made from a mix of carbon fiber and Kevlar over a space-frame chassis.

 Power reportedly comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine and the car will have fully independent and adjustable suspension. Bufori plans to launch the car in Malaysia early next year.
